Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance, avionics, and interiors preferably within Corporate Aviation
  • Ability to create and understand maintenance, avionics and interiors proposals
  • Support the management team with admin tasks as needed
  • Ability to have customer facing skills with a good customer support ability
  • Lead and assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
  • Lead and assist in long-term processes and negotiations with important clients
  • Traveling to aviation trade shows and customers around the globe
  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Interact with members of the customer service, parts & logistics services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
  • Function as liaison between internal organization and customers

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance, avionics and interior sales
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, particularly excel) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Excellent English, good knowledge of a further (foreign) language desirable
